Dance Acrobatics Classes 2017
Acrobatics teaches flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control & concentration. This class will focus on fundamental acrobatic technique. Students will learn such things as handstands, elbow stands, cartwheels, back bends, walkovers, balance, & contortion tricks. Acro is not a tumbling or gymnastics class. This class is great for students looking to enhance their agility, flexibility, & strength for dancing.
Monday 6.45pm – Junior
Confident with basic skills, can bend back into a bridge on their own, confident with handstands, one handed cartwheels, learning front and back walkovers and some basic partner balances.
Monday 7.45pm – Senior
Can do or is working on aerials, and more advanced moves.
